Praxis Technical Services LLC has certified welders (API, ASME B31.1 & B31.3). Our highly qualified pipefitters and welders make the codes requirement applicable and possible. We continually train and test all welders. Our weld procedure meets ASME/International Codes, Boiler and Pressure Code Section VIII, Division 1, Section I, II, V and IX requirements as well as ASME B31.3/31.4 Codes.
Our experienced fitters, fabricators, and welders regularly perform all facets of process piping replacement and installation. Services include orbital welded, threaded, brazed, heat fusion, chemical bonded, or compression installations of stainless steel, copper, PVC, HDPE and more.

Pipe Line maintenance works
We do maintenance of pipelines - works like crack repair, replacement of damaged sections for Steel, FRP, PE pipes. And also we are undertaking service, repair and reinstallation of equipments and pipe line accessories.
- In-situ & Benching Lamination
We provide in-situ lamination services on Underground Water Tanks, Sewerage Tanks, Anti-corrosion Coatings, GRP Lining for Effluent Tanks, Protective coating for Steel Tanks & Pipes etc.
- Pipe Lamination.
On site lamination required to join pipes with fittings or other spools or between pipes .We provide Butt & Strap joint laminations in GRP, GRV & GRE pipe lines, both below ground & above ground applications. The sizes varies from dia. 15mm to 3000mm and in pressure ranges PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25 etc.
- Installation of HDPE pipes
We offer our clients for HDPE piping works at an accelerated rate. We provide installation services including Gas distribution lines, potable water and fire water systems, submerged marine installations, gravity and force main sewer systems and various types of above ground exposed piping systems. We can fabricate and install custom pipe solutions to meet your project requirements. Fabrication can be done on site or completed at our workshop facility prior to installation.
Flexible Piping Systems for Fuel Oil and Generator Applications
The Flexible Fuel Oil Piping System is designed to provide a reliable fuel supply system to generators and boilers from remote fuel tanks. Typical applications include both a 3/4" supply and a 1" overflow return line running from a remote AST or UST to a generator engine or boiler day tank. Both lines are typically inserted into a common Flexible Access Pipe to provide retractable access to the fuel lines.
